Want to add a little something personal to your wreath? Feel free to bring along your own decorations, such as baubles, signs, ribbons or other special pieces and we’ll help you attach them to your wreath.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations Made 72 Hours Or More Before The Workshop
You will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before The Workshop
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because we purchase flowers, foliage and other workshop materials in advance specifically for each workshop and these materials are seasonal and/or perishable and cannot always be reused or resold. We may also have already incurred other costs associated with your booking.
Where possible, we will always try to help if you are unable to attend at short notice. At our discretion, we may be able to transfer your place to another person or move your booking to another workshop, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed and any request should be made as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for someone else to attend in your place, provided you notify us in advance and they are able to participate safely in the workshop.
If you need to cancel or substantially change a workshop, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
