Booking Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until written confirmation has been received from Forever Wild and any requested booking fee or deposit has been paid. Forever Wild reserves the right to decline a booking until confirmation and payment requirements have been met.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to the event, unless stated otherwise by Forever Wild. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forteiture of any payments already made.

Seasonal Flowers & Product Availability

Forever Wild works primarily with fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage. Flower availability can be affected by weather conditions, growing seasons, transportation delays, crop failures, import restrictions and supplier availability. Whilst every effort will be made to source requested flowers and materials, specific varieties cannot be guaranteed. Forever Wild reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, vessels and materials with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value where necessary. all substitutions will be selected carefully to maintain the agreed style, colour palette and overall aesthetic.

Design Interpretation

Inspiration images, Pinterest boards, social media content and photos are used as guidance only. Forever Wild does not replicate designs created by other florists and instead creates bespoke arrangements inspired by the agreed style and vision.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation fees will be outlined within your quotation where applicable. Whilst every effort will be made to arrive within agreed times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Hired Items

Any vases, urns, plinths, arches, candle holders, vessels, props, mechanics or styling items on hire basis remain the property of Forever Wild. The client accepts responsibility for hired items from delivery until collection. Replacement costs may be charged for any lost, stolen, damaged or unreturned items.

Fresh Product Disclaimer

Flowers are perishable products. Forever Wild cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by weather conditions, extreme temperatures, transportation by third parties, lack of water, mishandling, venue conditions or circumstances outside of our control after delivery or installation.

Cancellation By Forever Wild

In the unlikely event that Forever Wild is unable to fulfil a booking due to exceptional circumstances, all monies paid (excluding work already completed where applicable) will be refunded. Liability shall be limited to the total value paid by the client.

Deposits & Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% may be required to secure your event date. the booking fee covers consultation time, administration, design work, planning, sourcing and reservation of your event date.

Quotations

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to revision should flower market costs, supplier pricing, fuel costs, or client requirements change significantly after the quotation has been issued.

Natural Variation

Flowers are a natural product and therefore variations should be expected. Colours, sizes, shapes, textures, bloom states and foliage may vary from photos, mood boards, inspiration images or previous arrangements. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. These natural variations form part of the beauty and uniqueness of seasonal floristry.

Changes To Orders

Any requested changes must be submitted in writing. Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate amendments, changes cannot b guaranteed within 21 days of the event date. Additional charges may apply for amendments requiring additional flowers, materials, labour or logistics.

Venue Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that Forever Wild has appropriate access to the venue at agreed installation and collection times. Any delays caused by restricted venue access may affect installation times and may incur additional charges. Any venue restrictions must be communicated before booking confirmation.

Collection Of hired Items

Collection dates and times will be agreed in advance. Hired items must be available for collection as arranged. Additional charges may be apply if further collection visits are required.

Cancellation By The Client

All cancellations must be made in writing. The non-refundable booking fee will not be refunded. Where flowers, materials, containers or products have already been ordered specifically for the event, these costs remain payable. If cancellation occurs within 21 days of the event date, full payment may be required as flowers, materials and labour will already have been committed.

Photography

Forever Wild reserve the right to photograph floral designs, installations and event styling for use on its website, portfolio, marketing materials and social media platforms. Where possible, professional photography credits will be given.

Intellectual Property

All designs, proposals, mood boards, sketches and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Forever Wild and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptance Of Terms

Payment of any booking fee, deposit or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
